MY HOBBIES

At the moment, I have 2 main hobbies: music and photography

Music
Music has been one of my main passions since I was a kid. From 7th grade (12 years old)
to the end of highschool (17 years old), I played the bass in a rock band in my school.
During the first quaratine, I taught myself how to play the acoustic guitar and combined
it with my passion for singing. I have been writing my own songs ever since I started
playing acoustic guitar. On top of that, in my first year of university, I got a midi keyboard,
learned how to play chords on the piano and have been continuing my songwriting
journey with that instrument since.

Photography
My true journey in photography started when I got my first digital camera when I was 14
years old. Throughout highschool, I participated in a project called On The Road where we
traveled all over Turkey, took photographs and had an exhibition where we sold some of
our pieces. Besides this project, I was also one of the main photographers in my highschool
and went to numerous events and projects as a photographer. I also did my AP 2-D Art & Design
portfolio with photography and got a 5/5. Although I took a year-long break from the field,
I am continuing my photography journey this year with a main focus in event photography.
I am also now building on my previous skills by starting to work with photoshop and lightroom.
