A little bit about myself

About me

I'm Marina García Balmaseda, I'm 21 years old, and I'm currently living in the Netherlands, though I'm originally from Spain. I'm here on an Erasmus exchange for the year.
I speak English, French, a bit of German, and of course, Spanish. I love spending time with my family and hanging out with my dog!

Logroño, La Rioja - My Hometown

My home town is Logroño, the capital of La Rioja, a vibrant city known for its excellent wines and welcoming atmosphere.
Located along the Ebro River, it is Spain's most famous wine region, with countless wineries and tapas bars where visitors can enjoy the region’s specialties.
Logroño's historic center is lively and filled with narrow streets, charming plazas, and beautiful churches. La Rioja itself is celebrated for its scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and rich cultural heritage, making it a perfect destination for wine lovers and those looking to experience authentic Spanish culture.
