Studies

My fields of interest include sociolinguistics, minorities studies, and multilingualism. I am interested in questions such as how ethnic and linguistic minorities are represented in arts, culture, and media, and how minority languages are treated in different communities and on different administrative levels.

I am also interested in Russian literature, although this is not directly related to my major. I have studied the Russian language in my freshman year, and since then, I became interested in the works of late 18th to 19th century Russian authors, including Pushkin, Dostoevsky, and Tolstoy.
