Our nominees

On this page we have our Nominees. these nominees were selected for their lack of media literacy.

the nominees also all have attempted to improve their media literacy by reading media journalism, however due to its lack of quality this has not been fruitful for them.

Zerachiel

Our first Nominee is Zerachiel. At 26, they have not have a single intelligent comment on any of the media they have ever consumed.

This might be due to the fact that they live in a fantasy medieval DND world, or the fact that they are not only media illiterate but also literally illiterate.

Catherine

Catherine does not only literally suck, but her opinions and media literacy might suck even more. You'd think that having been alive for 500 years would give her some form of media litercy. This has however not been the case.

She truly believes that in Frankenstein, the monster is the true villain and not the scientist creating life and then abandoning said life to fend for itself. Despite her being a monster as well, she hates Frankensteins Monster.

Magdalene

Just like her hair, Magdalene's takes are hot. Not correct but definitively able to stir up controversy amonst the public. She seemingly is not able to grasp that there is often a deeper meaning in the media she consumes.

She is capable of noticing the surface level themes such as the effects of bullying in the film Carrie, but beyond that she is will not notice any less obvious themes or ideas that the media consumed is attempting to communicate.

Fivin

Fivin, is not my character, but is from the same game as Zerachiel. He is an interesting guy with a love for blowing things up. Just like how his media literacy is going to blow his plans and popularity up in his face.

Known to have very large and set in stone opinions. He will not see the other side or take criticism for his lack of media literacy. He has not once understood the underlying themes and messages in media, not even the media he is in.

Krirnad

Krirnad, who does not like to read or think, is our final nominee. Steadfast and silent, he does not discuss his consumption of media. Once lured into speaking on it, you'd prefer he does not continue speaking.

Krirnad does not only struggle finding deeper themes, he can barely identify surface themes. This leads him to make some confusing and wholly incorrect statements, showing his lack of media literacy.
