Who are we?

We are a Groningen based non-profit organisation working to improve the health and thus quality of online reporting. We started out in August of 2018 and have since then grown to an organisation of 4 permanent staff-members and countless volunteers.

Cassandra Philips

General manager at Events2U@Groningen. Cassie has a great social network and is present on every (online) social evenement in Groningen. People love her enthusiasm for Groningen and its energy. Besides being director, she is also a part-time photographer. In her award-winning photos, you can see her keen eye for detail.

John de Leeuw

In John's every day life he is an artist who is very active on social media. His twitter account has more than 26.000 followers (and counting). In his tweets he discusses art pieces and reviews media events and expositions. You should always be careful what you tell him. Before you know it, he'll send a tweet about what you said. So make sure you stay on his positive side.

Michelle Bakker

Michelle, or Micci to her friends, is a presenter at OOG TV, a regional TV station. Not a day is the same for her and that is what she loves about her job. This media event is the sole reason she is learning about HTML and CSS.

Denny Adler

Denny is the technology wizard of the organization, and marvels at everything to do with media and computers. He also maintains a popular YouTube channel where he discusses the latest streaming equipment.
