  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. If using melted chocolate, let it cool slightly, then drizzle it into the mixture while stirring. The chocolate will harden and create thin flakes. If using chopped chocolate, simply mix it in.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop and enjoy!
