I turned 20 this year, and I am from a small country in Eastern Europe called Moldova!
Moldova is located between Romania and Ukraine, and it is quite well-known for its:
- Good wines
- Great food
- Being on its way toward joining the EU! :)
Being from Moldova has helped me master both Russian and Romanian, which I speak at a fluent level! It instilled my interest for languages, so now I know multiple, including English and Spanish, which I learned thanks to my course!
I am in my third year at RUG and very excited to graduate and continue my studies somewhere else in the Netherlands :) I also love cooking Sweet Strawberry Waffles!
A fun fact to note is that Moldova actually used to be a part of Romania before!
