I have signed up, but I don't see a confirmation email

It takes a couple of minutes for the email to arrive. If it is not there after 10 minutes, try checking your spam folder as well. Still not there? You can email us at i.bouwmeester.1@student.rug.nl or call at 050 850 86 85.

Cash or card?

At Butterfly Festival we work with coins. You can buy them at one of the stands spread out over the venue. Coins can be bought with both card and cash.

Is there an age minimum?

No, Butterfly Festival is is for all ages. We encourage you to take your friends, family and everyone you know!
