FAQ

I registered for the event. What happens now?
You should receive an email from us confirming your registeration. You will need to show this personalized registeration email upon entry to the event. Did not receive the email in 2 business days? Send us an email at s.tunal@student.rug.nl to ensure a place at the event.

Can I attend the event without registering?
No. Unfortunately, the space we are hosting at can only hold up to a certain capacity of people. Therefore, only those who have a confirmation email will be able to attend the event in person.

Can I attend the event online?
Yes. We will be live streaming the whole event. You will be able to find a link to the live stream on the Instagram account of the DOT (@dotgroningen) on the day of the event. You do not need a registeration in order to view live stream. However, attending the event in person will have its extra benefits such as interactive activities between panels and various networking opportunities.

How can I support GAPE?
There are multiple ways you can support the event other than attending. You can become a sponsor, donate or share the event with others who might find it interesting.
