Mini banana pancakes

My favorite recipe for healthy and simple mini banana pancakes with only 4 ingredients! But how do you make mini banana pancakes?

Put all ingredients in a measuring cup and then mix everything well with a hand blender so that it becomes a nice batter. Put a little bit of butter in a pan and let it melt. Then make about 3 thick pancakes in the pan and let them bake for about 3 minutes on both sides. Serve the oatmeal pancakes with maple syrup or some fruits.
